(film) The creature is closely related to the [[Phoenix]] and possesses multiple pairs of powerful wings that shimmer with patterns resembling clouds and sun rays. By flapping its wings, it can create powerful thunderstorms, complete with wind and rain. (film) This ability is the source of its name. [[Newt]]'s purpose in visiting America was, in part, to release Frank back into his native homeland of [[Arizona]]. At the request of [[Newt]], [[Frank]] was released into the sky above the city. He generated a massive, city-wide rainstorm, which the [[Magical Congress of the United States of America|MACUSA]] used as a medium to disperse a diluted [[Swooping Evil]] [[venom]].
